Delivery Time

  • Domestic deliveries: Estimated 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • International deliveries: Estimated 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and regional shipping conditions.

Storage Upon Delivery

To maintain product quality:

  • Store immediately in a freezer at ≤ -18℃.

  • Once opened, keep refrigerated at 0℃ ~ 4℃ and consume within 3 hours.
